Floor Plan Variations

We have a project remodel and need different floor plan options for a client. The client is a gym operator. The 1.00 stairwell needs to stay in place. The colored areas are roughly the sizes the client wants and should be kept. However, the areas may vary slightly. The wellness area should be accessible from both locker rooms (men and women). I attach the old project status, in which the building still looked different. From the old project status you can see the idea.
