Width is only 40 feet west side has shed at 13 feet High 120 sq ft storage use .
East is 6 feet fence to next door
Limited to 1200 sq ft ADU
Less is fine
Small part upper floor for home care bed room with own shower bath !
Look over ground floor!
Total 2 bed room 2 bath
Main bed room open spaces with good walking in closet for couple .
Hign ceiling is a must
Shy light for more bright light , mostly nature light without light need for day time .
Hign ceiling but without ceiling light fixtures for easy access for wall light fixture !
Windows on topper wall adding more nature lighting ! But hard to open close Hign windows : need help to figgier this function easy way to produce good air flow!
Your knowledge is valuable and respect from us . Open space in living room for multiple functional use . Stretching, yoga, Argetina tango for private moment reminding love within. Hign ceiling looking out personal garden remind the blessing from above.
I can go on and on , but I would love to see your tenants and view your ideas to up lifting us ! Day by day we grown order but with child of heart! Function, ease, artistic, flowing smoothly as one!
