I’m looking for someone who can design the layout for **two attached family villas**, delivering clear drawings and a basic 3‑D model within **3–4 weeks**.
**Project scope**
* **Five levels**: basement, ground, first, second, and roof annex
* **2‑D floor plans** with sample furniture for every level
* **Simple 3‑D massing/walk‑through model** so the owners can visualise the concept
