• Foyer with grand staircase
• Formal living room
• Vaulted-ceiling family room
• Kitchen at back of family room
• Semi-enclosed dining room facing backyard
• Office/study
• Butler’s pantry
• Large laundry/mudroom leading to side-entry garage
• Master bedroom + daughter’s bedroom
• Powder room (half bath)
