Duplex Villa: Modern Minimalist Concept Design

We are looking for an architect or architectural designer to prepare a concept-level modern minimalist design for a 150 m² duplex villa.
The project focuses on spatial layout, natural daylighting, and overall architectural concept, rather than detailed construction drawings.

Clean lines, simple geometric forms, and open-plan spaces

Ground Floor:
Open living area with exterior views
Kitchen with a central island
Guest restroom
Covered parking
First Floor:
3 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
Terrace or balcony
Materials & Color Direction (Conceptual):
Flooring: Light ceramic tiles or warm-toned laminate wood
Walls: White or light gray
2–3 conceptual color scheme suggestions for walls and furniture
Simple ceiling concept with cove lighting
Lighting Concept:
Natural daylight through large openings
Conceptual interior lighting layout (cove + spotlights)
Basic exterior/terrace lighting suggestion
Expected Deliverables:
Conceptual AutoCAD drawings (DWG or PDF)
General dimensions and space planning
Furniture layout and circulation paths
Measurement Units:
All drawings and dimensions must be provided in metric units (m / m²).
