Design Studio Apartment Over Garage
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a creative designer to help develop a floor plan for an efficiency apartment in the space above our garage. The space is less than 500 sq ft, and I envision a studio apartment feel. I have a hand-drawn floor plan and measurements available for reference.
Key Requirements:
- Design a functional layout for a studio apartment
- Include a bathroom with a shower
- Design a small but efficient kitchen with storage, sink, and apartment-sized appliances (cooking range with hood vent, refrigerator, microwave, washer-dryer pair)
- Incorporate a small dining space
- Plan a living area with space for a TV
- Create a sleeping area that fits a queen-size bed
- Include built-in closets for clothes and storage
