Design Sales-Focused ERP/CRM Architecture

I’m mapping out a new ERP/CRM platform and need an experienced architect to translate my Sales & Marketing vision into a clear, implementable blueprint. The system has to revolve around three pillars—lead management, campaign management, and customer segmentation—while meshing smoothly with the CRM tools already in use across the company.

I need an experienced ERP/CRM architect, preferably with Sage expertise and familiarity with Netsuite and Microsoft 365. We want someone who can understand existing Sage based ERP, and extract that data and use modern ERP / CRM systems such as Netsuite with Microsoft 365, copilot to automate CRM, documentation and other such functions related to sales, invoices, SOWs and quotes.


Key Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- Expertise in implementation, customization, and integration
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to design scalable architecture
- Should be able to work in US hours (EST, CST or PST is fine)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record with Sage ERP/CRM
- Experience with Netsuite and MS 365
- Relevant certifications
- Strong communication and project management skills
