Project Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced architect to design a private family resort on a portion of our 200,000 sqm farm, located in Riyadh outskirts. The resort will be developed on approximately 25,000 to 40,000 sqm and should blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings while delivering comfort, privacy, and elegant design.
Project Objectives:
• Develop a conceptual and architectural design for a family resort with a distinct identity.
• Optimize land use to ensure privacy between different areas while maintaining a cohesive layout.
• Incorporate outdoor recreational and landscaped spaces (gardens, water features, trails, etc.).
• Design key structures such as:
• Family villas or guest lodges
• A central gathering area (e.g., majlis, dining space)
• Recreational facilities (pool, sports, children’s play area)
• Service and utility areas
Design Preferences:
• Aesthetic: Contemporary with regional or nature-inspired elements
• Focus on passive design, natural ventilation, and sustainable features
• Integration of greenery, views, and indoor-outdoor connectivity
Deliverables Required:
• Master plan layout and land use strategy
• Architectural concept designs and 3D renderings
• Phasing and development recommendations
• Construction drawings and permit-ready documents
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in residential compounds, resorts, or farm developments
• Portfolio of similar-scale projects
• Familiarity with local climate and building codes is a plus
