Convert Sketches into Revit Model

I need my freehand floor plans and elevations translated into a clean Autodesk Revit model for architectural design purposes. The scope is limited to the essential layout and structure—walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, levels, and grids. No furniture, fixtures, or detailed MEP/structural elements are required.

The sketches are dimensioned, yet if any measurements are unclear you can flag them and I’ll clarify quickly. There is no strict building-code template to follow, so standard Revit families or your own generic families are fine as long as sizes are accurate.

Deliverables
• Revit 2022 (or later) .rvt file with an organised, warning-free model
• A PDF sheet set (plans, elevations, 3D axon) generated from that model

Acceptance criteria
• Geometry matches the sketches within ±1 mm
• Proper use of levels, grids, and view naming; no duplicate elements
• File opens without errors or unresolved warnings

A first draft within five days of award would be ideal, with two additional days for any tweaks after my review. Please tell me about similar sketch-to-Revit work you’ve done and which Revit version you plan to use.
