Content Refinement for Construction Company Website
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Title:
Content Assistant for High-End Builder Website (Architecture / Construction Focus)
Overview:
I run a Melbourne-based high-end residential building company (TCON). We specialise in architectural homes, heritage renovations, and complex builds.
I am rebuilding our website and already have clear structure, direction, and a strong understanding of the content.
I need a content assistant to help organise, expand, and refine content based on my input. You will be working directly with me to turn ideas into clean, structured, high-quality content.
This is not a “start from scratch” role. I will guide the content. You help execute it properly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Turning rough notes, voice notes, and bullet points into structured content
Assisting with website pages, learning centre articles, and project case studies
Rewriting and improving existing blog content
Formatting and organising content clearly and professionally
Helping manage and structure large volumes of information
AI Usage (Important):
You can use AI tools to assist with drafting and speed.
However:
Final content must be clearly human-written and properly edited
No generic phrasing, repetition, or filler
Content must feel considered, structured, and specific
If it reads like AI, it won’t be accepted
What This Role Is NOT:
Not generic blog writing
Not SEO spam content
Not copy-paste AI writing
What I Need From You:
Strong writing and editing ability
Ability to structure content logically
High attention to detail
Able to take direction and iterate quickly
Comfortable working collaboratively with fast feedback
Bonus (not essential):
Experience in construction, architecture, or property
Understanding of how buildings are put together
Experience working directly with business owners
Tone Requirements:
Clear and direct
Professional
No hype or clichés
Focus on clarity, process, and credibility
How We’ll Work:
I provide direction, notes, and context
You structure, expand, and refine
We iterate quickly
Example Tasks:
Turn bullet points into a full “Heritage Homes” page
Rewrite an article on construction costs
Structure a detailed project case study
Clean up and organise technical explanations
Engagement:
Ongoing work
Flexible hours
Start immediately
To Apply:
Please include:
1. Examples of structured or technical writing
2. A short note on how you use AI in your workflow (if at all)
3. Your availability
We are building a long-term content asset. Quality, clarity, and attention to detail matter more than speed.
