Comprehensive Jordan BOQ Preparation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
All architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for my upcoming project in Jordan are ready, and I now need a thorough Bill of Quantities built directly from those documents. Each discipline—architecture, structure, and MEP—must be measured separately, with every item linked back to the sheet, detail, or schedule it came from.
Please break the work down by trade and sub-trade and attach a detailed cost analysis to each section rather than a single lump-sum figure. I will supply DWG/PDF sets, specifications, and any clarifications you need the moment we start so you can move quickly.
Deliverables (all editable):
• BOQ spreadsheet for Architecture, Structure, and MEP, each in its own tab or file
• Rate-built cost analysis for every line item, showing quantity, unit rate, subtotal, and section total
• Summary page that rolls the three disciplines into a master project total
• Short explanatory note on measurement rules or Jordanian standards you follow
Acceptance will be based on traceability of quantities to the drawings, logical coding, and internal consistency of totals. If something in the design is unclear, flag it before assuming quantities so we can resolve it together.
