Compact Cottage Home Design

Tiny cottage home on slab. 400 sq ft. 1 story but tall. Lots of windows. Sloped roof for solar panels. Wet bathroom with open shower small sink and toilet and high capacity ventilation system. Wanting to put in an incinerator toilet. The bathroom can be on the smaller side. Tons of storage everywhere possible. In the kitchen area a full size fridge. Mini dishwasher. 2 eye stove/oven. Microwave. Counter does t have to big but need counter slide outs. I’d like a small chimnea type fireplace somewhere in the living area. No porch or deck. Shelf along the top of ceiling for books or plants. Wooden beam ceiling. Bedroom can be open or closed. Need king Murphy bed. 2 closets with shelving. Entrance on the side, not the end. If possible a small mud room. Could take that or leave it. Exposed wood throughout except for the bathroom. Would love to incorporate stone somehow. Small fold down kitchen table. Fold down bedside tables. If room for, a smaller pantry for bathroom bedroom area. Sheets/towels/toiletries etc….
