US-Code Residential Engineering Team(India, Pakistan, Latin-America, Europe)

I’m assembling a multidisciplinary group that can take a U.S.-based residential project from concept to permit set while working fully remote. The work spans architectural layout, structural analysis, full MEP coordination, and the civil site package, all produced to current U.S. building codes, zoning ordinances, and best practice guidelines.
What I expect you to handle
• Architectural: schematic plans through construction documents, BIM preferred.
• Structural: calculations, framing plans, foundation details, and schedules compliant with the latest IBC and IRC editions.
• MEP: HVAC load calculations, electrical single-line diagrams, plumbing schematics, and energy-code checklists.
• Civil: grading, drainage, utility layouts, and any local storm-water requirements.
• Coordination & project management: clash detection, progress tracking, and weekly review calls in English.
Key notes
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; there will be a technical interview.
• Teams or individuals based in India, Pakistan, Latin America, or Europe are welcome, provided time-zone overlap allows at least four working hours with EST.
• Native software environments include Revit, AutoCAD, ETABS/SAP2000, and any recognized MEP analysis tools; please confirm your toolset in your proposal.
Deliverables
1. Fully coordinated drawing set (PDF + native files).
2. Calculation package ready for municipal review.
3. BIM model with all disciplines federated.
4. Weekly progress reports and meeting minutes.
