Blue Ridge Luxury Cabin Resort. I do not need the site plan concept.I am looking for someone to actually design the interior of the villas

I’m preparing to transform a forested parcel in Blue Ridge, Georgia into an intimate, high-end retreat built around private cabins. For this first phase I only need a clear, compact concept package that helps me secure internal approvals and move toward permitting.

Scope
• Site sketch showing optimal placement of a small cluster of private cabins while respecting the natural topography and views.
• Conceptual floor plan for one typical cabin that highlights the three must-have amenities: a hot tub, a fireplace, and a private deck.
• High-level materials palette or mood board that conveys the luxury feel I’m aiming for.
• One-page narrative explaining the guest experience flow—from arrival to relaxation in the hot tub—so investors can grasp the vision quickly.

I’m not looking for full construction documents yet, just a thoughtful blueprint that balances rustic charm with upscale finishes and can be expanded later into detailed drawings.

If you have experience designing boutique resorts, mountain lodges, or similar cabin projects, I’d love to see samples. Familiarity with Georgia building codes and sustainable design practices is a plus but not mandatory at this stage.
