AI-Assisted Mental Health Center Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m looking for a designer or architect to help develop floor plans and sectional drawings for a 3-story mental health drop-in center for people experiencing loneliness located in Brooklyn, New York.
The project explores the future of mental health and the integration of AI in emotional care — envisioning a therapeutic environment where robots assist humans in healing from loneliness through gentle, sensory, and spatial experiences.
Each floor has a defined focus:
1st Floor: Arrival with a robotic greeter, a “light socializing” lounge where people can exist in the presence of others, medical exam rooms, and a kitchen (nutrition and immediate help).
2nd Floor: Individual well-being spaces — therapy rooms, meditation, sound bath, de-escalation, and crying rooms.
3rd Floor: Group therapy space and a robot charging/recharging area.
Bathrooms are required on each level, as well as a staircase and elevator connecting all floors.
The ideal freelancer should be comfortable blending conceptual thinking with spatial logic, creating drawings that reflect both emotion and function. Experience in interior design, conceptual architecture, or wellness-oriented projects is a plus.
I can provide references, sketches, and visuals to guide the layout.
KEEP IN MIND THE CONCEPT OF THIS PROJECT IS VERY CONCEPTUAL
