Architecture needed

I’m about to break ground on a brand-new residential build and need a full architectural package to take the idea from concept to permit-ready drawings. The brief is open on style, so feel free to propose modern, traditional, or a thoughtful mix—what matters most is creating a home that is functional, energy-efficient, and compliant with local codes.

Acceptance criteria:
1. need 2d plan i have sketch
2. and 3d exterior elevations
