We are looking for a skilled freelancer for design support in our ongoing residential and villa development projects.

Scope of Work:
• Concept design for interiors and layouts
• 3D rendering (kitchen, wardrobe, living spaces, villas)
• Architectural drawings (plans, elevations, working drawings)
• Design revisions based on feedback
• Coordination with execution team if required

Preferred Skills:
• Interior Design
• 3D Rendering (SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.)
• AutoCAD / Revit
• Architectural Planning

Project Type:
Ongoing work – multiple units (long-term opportunity)

Location Preference:
Chennai-based freelancers preferred (not mandatory)
