Architectural Floor Plan Redraw from Hand Sketch (CAD)

Overview
I have a hand-drawn floor plan that I need redrawn into a clean, professional 2D plan.
This is a simple bird’s-eye (top-down) floor plan only at this stage.
Requirements
Redo the provided sketch accurately (no redesign)
Overall size: 10m wide x 5m deep
External walls: 140mm
Internal walls: 90mm
Include internal walls and doors
No windows for this draw (may put in later)
Style
Clean black-and-white architectural plan
Simple, clear linework (CAD style)
Include beds, may include other furniture but not just now
Deliverables
PDF
Editable file (DWG preferred)
Looking For
Someone experienced with floor plans who can follow instructions closely.
Ideally, I’d like to work with someone who can also do 3D rendering later (this will be a separate job).
