I'm seeking an experienced architect to create a concept design for a private family retreat on a 60,000 m² farm. The design should feature a U-shaped or courtyard-style building surrounding a central natural garden. The total built-up area will be 3,000 m², located at the center of the farm.
Key Requirements:
- Central natural garden with walking paths and seating, offering a balanced mix of tranquility and recreation (no fountain).
- Connected chalet-style rooms, all facing the garden.
- Include a family swimming pool, large kitchen, and dining area.
- Servant quarters with maid rooms and bathrooms.
- Indoor game room for billiards and a children's playroom.
- Small mosque and tennis court.
- Parking spaces for 4–6 cars.
- Stone pedestrian walkways using mixed materials.
- Style should be natural, earthy, and warm, utilizing stone and wood with soft lighting.
