Seeking an architect or architectural student who can help support myself who is English running a residential real estate development company in the Balearics with active projects in Mallorca and ibiza . We are expanding and wish to have access to a person who can play a role in clarifying land classification and zonings , Normativas and basic regulations . Someone who can navigate the Balearic urban mapping software , catastral and obtain information from town halls on a basic level .
