Archicad 25 Detailed Home Re-Model
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a photocopied plan of a single-storey house that I will supply as a PDF, and I need it translated into a clean Archicad 25 model using my own template, layers, pen sets and graphic overrides. No design changes are required—this is a one-to-one digital replica—but I still need the full interior and exterior detailed, ready for future renovation work inside the software.

• Work strictly in Archicad 25, employing the Renovation tool so existing/new status is properly assigned.
• Follow my template exactly: layer names, attributes, favourites, view map, publisher sets, surfaces and composites must remain intact.
• Model all walls, slabs, roof planes, windows, doors, cabinets, fixtures and site levels visible on the scan so the file is construction-ready.
• Keep geometry clean (no duplicated lines or fills), align to real-world dimensions, and maintain accurate storey heights.
Deliverables
1. The completed .pln file saved in Archicad 25 format.
