Farm Villa Layout & Architectural Planning

Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced architect or designer to create a complete layout and floor plan for a single-floor villa located on a farm.

Scope of Work:
• Design a one-floor villa layout suitable for a farm environment
• Style: Modern Arabian / Contemporary Arabic
• Include the following spaces:
• Main Majlis
• 4 Bedrooms (including master bedroom)
• Central kitchen
• Store / pantry
• Bathrooms
• Outdoor sitting area
• Car parking area
• Watchman room + sleeping area
• Proper circulation and privacy (Majlis separated from family area)
• Farm-friendly orientation (views, ventilation, outdoor use)
• Functional and realistic dimensions

Deliverables:
• 2D architectural floor plan
• Site layout showing parking and outdoor areas
• (Optional bonus) Simple 3D massing or perspective

Notes:
• Design should be elegant, practical, and suitable for UAE farm conditions
• One floor only (no G+1)
• I may request minor revisions
