We are looking for an experienced Local Approval / Town Planning Consultant or Architect based in Anand, Ahmedabad or Vadodara for a large institutional campus project in Anand, Gujarat.
Scope of Work:
• Layout Approval
• Building Permission
• Special Height Permission (if applicable)
• Coordination with TPVD, Local Authority, Gram Panchayat and other Government Departments
• Preparation and submission of all statutory documents
• Regular follow-up until final approval
Requirements:
• Proven experience in obtaining statutory approvals in Gujarat
• Strong liaison with local authorities
• Previous project experience in institutional/commercial projects preferred
• Must be able to handle the approval process independently
