Project Title: Master Plan Design for Multipurpose Hall, Sports & Agro-Recreation Complex

Project Description:

We are seeking an experienced architect or landscape designer to develop a full concept master plan for a multi-use recreational and agro-complex. The design should combine modern recreational facilities with small-scale farming and eco-friendly practices in one integrated layout.

The proposed layout must be functional, aesthetically pleasing, and ready for further engineering and development phases.

Scope of Work

The site must include the following:

1. Multipurpose Hall
• Elegant and well-decorated open and/or enclosed hall
• For weddings, conferences, social and community events
• Interior layout and exterior landscape

2. Sports & Recreation Center
• Swimming pool (standard size for recreation)
• Children’s playground with modern safe play equipment
• Pool table area / indoor games section
• Jogging/walking path around the site (optional addition)

3. Livestock Area
• Enclosures for:
• 5 camels
• 5 cows
• 100 sheep
• Clearly defined grazing areas for each
• Proper drainage and feeding setup

4. Small Animal Farming
• Rabbit hutches (with breeding section)
• Local chicken housing (free-range and coop model)

5. Vermicompost Area
• Space for composting organic waste with worms
• Should be integrated with animal waste collection

6. Hydroponic Farming Zone
• Growing units for tomatoes, leafy greens, and herbs
• Include shading, water supply, and nutrient systems

7. BBQ & Outdoor Sitting Area
• Located opposite the multipurpose hall
• Family-friendly open space with grills, benches, and shade

8. Super Napier Grass Field
• For animal fodder
• Clearly demarcated with irrigation setup

9. Fruit Tree Area
• To include trees such as:
• Banana
• Lemon
• Papaya
• (Add suggestions suitable for tropical climate)
