ADA & IBC 2021 Compliant Diagnostics

My project requires the creation of an organized, extensive table of contents for the 2021 International Building Code (IBC) document. The focus here will be on Missouri state starting with user group, occupancy load, fire, circulation, and more.

The project also involves generating two dimensional (2D) diagrams for both the IBC and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA diagrams should include key areas for ADA compliance. For the IBC, the diagrams must include elements such as fire escape routes, circulation paths, and fire alarms.

This project calls for understanding of both IBC and ADA regulations. An ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, with experience in architecture or engineering, and the ability to create high-quality, clear 2D diagrams. Knowledge of fire safety codes and ADA compliance is crucial. Explicit focus will be on:

- ADA compliance key areas
- Fire safety including escape routes, alarms, and more
- Circulation paths
