AI Video Editing - Construction Realism
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Freelance AI Video Editor (Construction / Architecture) – Video-to-Video, Photorealistic
Project Type: Freelance / Remote (long-term potential)
Industry: Construction / Architecture / Real Estate Visualization
Start: ASAP
Project Overview
We are looking for a high-level AI video creator/editor who can transform real construction footage into photorealistic “after” videos using AI video-to-video workflows.
Example use cases:
• Turn a real exterior video of a house into a version with a realistic extension added
• Clean up construction visuals (remove clutter/scaffolding) and improve realism
• Add believable elements (e.g., signage, finishing details, landscaping)
• Maintain the same camera movement while changing materials/scene elements
We will provide reference examples (images/videos) for the target look and the desired result.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Create photorealistic AI video edits based on our real footage (video-to-video)
• Use reference images/videos to match style, materials, and realism
• Keep geometry and straight lines consistent (avoid warping/drift on façades)
• Improve consistency across shots (same house/scene should look coherent)
• Deliver edited clips ready for client presentations/marketing
• Join online meetings to align on requirements and review iterations
Required Skills
• Proven experience with AI video generation / video-to-video editing
• Strong eye for architectural realism (perspective, scale, materials, shadows)
• Ability to iterate quickly and follow detailed feedback
• Solid video editing/compositing skills (masking, tracking, color matching)
Tools (You Must Have Experience With at Least One of These)
• Runway (Video-to-Video workflows; references/keyframes are a plus)
• Luma AI / Dream Machine (Ray/Modify workflows are a plus)
• Google Veo / Flow (if you have access)
• Adobe Firefly Video (if you have access)
• Plus traditional editing software like After Effects / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve for finishing
(Please mention which tools you use and whether you have active access/subscriptions.)
Mandatory Requirements
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Working microphone
• Comfortable working in online meetings (Zoom / Google Meet / Teams)
• Reliable internet connection
• Able to handle potentially confidential project material (NDA-friendly)
Deliverables
• Final video(s) in 1080p or 4K (depending on source footage), H.264 or ProRes
• Optional: project files / nodes / prompts used (helpful but not required)
• 1–3 revision rounds per clip (we’ll agree per milestone)
How We’ll Select You
Please include:
1. Your portfolio (links) — especially anything with:
• video-to-video AI edits
• architecture/exteriors
• photorealistic results
2. The AI tools you use (Runway, Luma, Veo/Flow, Firefly, etc.)
3. Your typical workflow to reduce flicker/warping/drift
4. Your rate: hourly or per 5–10 sec clip, and your availability
Paid Test Task (Short)
Shortlisted freelancers may be asked to do a paid test:
• 1 clip (5–8 seconds)
• Goal: create a realistic “after” version guided by references
• We’ll evaluate realism, stability, and how well you follow direction
Budget
Open to offers — we prefer a fixed price per clip or per batch of clips, depending on complexity and
