Urban Architectural Graphics Needed

I’m developing an urban-scale architecture concept and now need the visuals that explain it clearly and attractively. The brief is straightforward: turn my sketches, CAD files and notes into polished architectural graphics that I can drop straight into presentations and reports.

The focus is purely graphic—site plans, massing diagrams, exploded axons, section perspectives, whatever best conveys the ideas behind this urban project. I have a preferred colour palette and some reference imagery ready; beyond that I’m open to your creative suggestions so long as the end result feels cohesive and professional.

Please work in the software you’re most comfortable with—Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Rhino, SketchUp + Layout, or any equivalent—so long as I receive layered source files and high-resolution PDFs ready for print and screen. Turnaround is flexible but I’d like to see the first draft within a week of project start.
