Project: 3D Twinmotion Walkthrough — Townhouse Development
I need a navigable 3D Twinmotion model built from architectural working drawings for a 6, 3-storey townhouse development.
The project:
6 townhouses on one site: 4 × Type 1 (front) and 2 × Type 2 (rear)
Each unit: garage at ground, living/kitchen/dining at first floor, 3 bedrooms at second floor
Style: Streamline Moderne — rendered blockwork base, painted cladding upper levels, glass balustrades, parapet walls, planter boxes with trailing greenery
Modelling scope:
Model one unit of each type (Type 1 and Type 2) with full interior and exterior detail
For the remaining 4 units, exterior massing and facade only — no interior modelling needed
Full site context including driveway, boundary walls, visitor parking, and basic neighbouring building massing
Deliverables:
Twinmotion project file (.tm) OR Twinmotion Cloud link — I need to navigate the model myself using first-person walkthrough mode
Saved camera positions at each key viewpoint listed below
20 still image exports at 1920x1080 from key viewpoints

Interiors must include doors, windows, stairs, kitchen cabinetry outlines, bathroom fixtures, and built-in robes. Furniture not required.
Timeline: 1-2 days from receiving files.
