I have complete floor plans and elevations for two civil projects—one of them a desalination plant—and I need each one turned into a concise 3D walkthrough video. The goal is a client-facing presentation that quickly communicates the overall civil work, so keep it clean and focused: medium detail with just enough textures to separate materials, highlight key structural elements, and give viewers a clear sense of scale and flow. No photo-realism, furniture, or elaborate landscaping is required; placeholders are fine where context helps.

Your model should spotlight the major structural components—walls, columns, slabs, roofs, and the standout plant features—while staying lightweight enough for smooth camera movement. I can supply PDFs, DWG files, and any section cuts you need.

Deliverables
• Two 1 minute walkthrough videos (MP4 or AVI) with a simple, steady camera path.
• Editable model files in your preferred tool (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, Maya, etc.)
• One revision round to adjust camera angles, pacing, or minor visual tweaks.
