3D Self Storage Site Plan and Proposed Steel Buildings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m planning a new self-storage facility on a medium-sized parcel about five acres—and I need a clear, compelling visual depiction for potential sale or funding of project. The job is a textured 3D concept that shows the overall look and feel, and a practical site plan that lays everything out to scale along with a very simple logo design needed.
For the 3D model, moderate detail with accurate textures is perfect. I want each storage building, the main drive lanes, fencing, and lighting poles to read clearly without going into furniture-level minutiae. Asphalt, concrete, metal siding, and roof finishes should be recognisable so viewers immediately understand materials and flow.
The site plan that we have is accurate with dimensions and should match the model and include:
• Storage buildings depicted in 3 d
• Driveways and parking accurately depicted with scale model cars or box truck
• Signage and perimeter fencing.
Typical deliverables I’m expecting:
• High-resolution rendered perspectives (JPEG & PNG)
• Scaled site plan (PDF + editable CAD/Revit/SketchUp file)
• The native 3D model so future revisions are easy
I already have engineers layout, setback information, and some reference photos ready to share the moment we begin.
