School Building Elevation to be Designed

I’m ready to commission a fresh, forward-thinking front elevation for an upcoming school building. The look I have in mind is unmistakably modern, relying on a clean marriage of glass and concrete while letting generous panes fill the space with daylight.

Here is the concept I’m chasing: abstract geometric shapes flowing across the façade, drawing the eye directly toward a standout entrance area that will serve as the building’s signature statement. Within that framework, I’d like the palette to stay in neutral tones so the form, texture and transparency do the talking.

What I need from you is a fully visualised exterior design package that clearly translates these ideas into reality. High-quality 3D renders, dimensioned elevations and any necessary detail drawings should be produced in the software you’re most comfortable with—Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino or similar—as long as the files are easy to review and hand over to our local architect. BIM compatibility is a plus.

If modern architecture with bold glazing, sculptural concrete and an inventive use of abstract geometry is squarely in your wheelhouse, please share a few portfolio samples that prove it. I’ll be reviewing past work for clarity of vision, buildability and the way you light, shade and articulate large window arrangements.

Once we agree on a concept, I’d like to see:
• Two or three initial massing options that place emphasis on the entrance
• One chosen scheme refined into final renders (day and night views)
• Complete façade drawings with material call-outs and basic structural notes
