Residential Floor Plan & 3D Render

I’m looking for help turning a 1000-2000 sq ft residential concept into a clear architectural floor plan with complementary 3D visualisations. The core of the job is the layout itself—room dimensions, wall positions, circulation flow—followed by realistic renders that let me see finishes, lighting and furniture placement before build.

Here’s what I need:
• Dimensioned architectural floor plan (PDF + editable source).
• At least two high-resolution 3D perspective renders showing living and sleeping zones.
• A simple walkthrough or orbit animation would be a bonus if it fits your workflow.
• One round of revisions after first delivery to fine-tune room sizing or materials.

I already have rough sketches and a list of must-have spaces; I’ll share them once we start. Please indicate the software you prefer (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.) and any past residential samples so I can gauge style compatibility.

Accuracy in scaling, attention to residential codes, and clean, organised files are important to me. If you can turn the layout into a convincing 3D scene within a reasonable timeframe, let’s get started.
