Must contain:
-containers Shopping outlet
-consisting of 10 paddle tennis courts

Specification:

-Land size 68m X 165m
-build up area 60% of land area
-Clear hight above the court 9m
-Roof should be k span design
-Outdoor football field (W24m x L44m) souraanded by a 5m hight fence
-Indoor Paddel courts (L 10m x W20m) need 2m at least clear outside the 10 m
