Photorealistic Luxury Building Renderings
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I already have cleaned‐up Revit and SketchUp models for two separate buildings; what I still need is the kind of photorealism that wins over clients at first glance. Your main brief is to dial in truly realistic lighting—bright daytime illumination under clear blue skies—so every surface reads as premium stone, glass, or metal without a hint of noise or blow-out.
Once the lighting is locked, populate each scene with the finishing touches that signal high-end living: manicured greenery, a few exotic cars at the entrance, and well-dressed, high-net-worth residents moving naturally through the space. Feel free to add subtle water features or contemporary hardscaping where they enhance the composition, but keep the architecture front and center.
You’re free to choose the toolset—V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, or another engine—so long as the final images are indistinguishable from photography. Post-production in Photoshop, Lightroom, or Nuke is welcome for color grading and subtle retouching.
Deliverables
• Two fully composed hero views (one per building) rendered at a minimum of 6,000 px on the long edge, ready for print and digital use.
• Layered PSD/EXR files with individual passes (lighting, reflection, refraction, z-depth) so my team can make quick tweaks later.
• The master 3D files with your final lighting rig, material libraries, and proxy assets intact.
Acceptance criteria
• Daytime, clear-sky lighting that feels natural yet luxurious.
• Premium materials free of tiling or visible seams when viewed at 100 %.
• High-poly, license-cleared cars and people appropriate to a luxury environment.
• Landscaping that frames, not hides, the architecture while adding depth and realism.
• No noise, fireflies, or compression artifacts in the final 6 k output.
