Photorealistic Home Construction Renders

I already have the full set of architectural plans and a basic 3D model of the house; now I need the scene elevated to a polished standard.

The main focus areas are:
• Lighting & shadows — I’d like a bright, natural-daylight atmosphere that feels believable at first glance.
• Textures & materials — I’ll supply a precise material schedule; please match colours, finishes, and surface details exactly.
• Landscaping & surroundings — add realistic vegetation, ground textures, and subtle site context so the home sits naturally in its environment.

Deliverables
• High-resolution still renders (4K or higher) suitable for client presentation.
• The updated 3D file with all materials properly assigned and labelled for future edits.

I will provide: PDF plans, the current 3D model, reference photos, and the material palette. Any reliable workflow is fine—V-Ray,
Corona, Lumion, Blender Cycles, etc.—as long as the final images read as photographs.

No animation or walkthroughs are required; just refined, still visuals with accurate proportions and clean, crisp detail. Please share portfolio examples of comparable exterior work and an estimated turnaround time so I can lock in the schedule.
