Photorealistic Exterior Home Rendering

I have architectural plans for a single-family home and now need a photorealistic exterior rendering that truly sells the design. The focus is only on the outside of the house, but I’m after a highly detailed finish—accurate materials, realistic lighting, and inviting landscaping that feels alive. Think stone textures that show subtle weathering, reflections in the glazing, believable shadows from nearby trees, and a cohesive planting scheme that frames the property.

Preferred workflow
You’re free to use the toolset you know best—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Lumion, Blender Cycles, or an equivalent pipeline—as long as the final result looks crisp and client-presentation ready.

Deliverables
• 1 hero view (4K resolution PNG/JPG)
• Up to 2 supplementary angles (2K minimum)
• Native project files so I can request tweaks later
• A short note on the materials and plant assets used, for reference

Acceptance criteria
• Textures read clearly at full resolution without stretching or tiling artefacts
• Landscaping feels proportional and region-appropriate
• Lighting matches early-evening golden hour unless a different mood is suggested
• All visible building materials match the plans I provide
