Photorealistic Architectural Renderings Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a set of high-impact, photorealistic 3D renderings to market a new real estate development. The focus is full-detail exterior and interior visuals that will help investors and buyers picture the finished look and feel before construction starts.
Scope
• Model the building’s exterior, surrounding landscape, and all main interior spaces (lobby, typical unit, amenities).
• Apply realistic materials, lighting, and décor appropriate for upscale residential marketing.
• Deliver at least six high-resolution stills (4K preferred): daytime and dusk exteriors, plus multiple interior angles that showcase key selling points.
• Provide layered source files in your preferred software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar) so my team can update finishes later if needed.
• Include up to two rounds of tweaks for color, furniture placement, and minor material changes.
What I will supply
• PDF floor plans, elevations, and a basic site plan.
• Reference photos for style, material palettes, and furniture inspiration.
Success looks like crisp, magazine-quality images that could drop directly into a brochure or property website. If you have walkthrough or 360-view capabilities, mention that—it is a nice-to-have but not required.
Please share a couple of similar renders from your portfolio, note your primary 3D toolset (V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Unreal, etc.), and outline your timeline from model receipt to final delivery.
