Photorealistic ADU Exterior Renders

I’d like three high-impact, photorealistic exterior images of the ADU in our construction pipeline. Here’s the visual direction:
• Architectural style: clean, Modern lines
• Key materials to emphasise: expansive Glass surfaces and warm Wood accents
• Site context: a lush garden backdrop that feels established and realistic

For the three renders, I’m imagining a frontal street-side view, a rear perspective that showcases the sliding glass façade, and a slightly elevated 45-degree shot to capture overall context, but I’m open to your creative camera angles if they tell the story better.

Deliverables
• 3 photorealistic stills, minimum 4K resolution (JPG + PNG)
• Source file of the final scene (3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or similar)
• Up to two minor revision rounds to fine-tune lighting, materials, or landscaping
