Photoreal 3ds Max Residential Modeling

I have a series of residential building projects that need to be transformed into fully detailed, photorealistic 3D models inside 3ds Max. You’ll be working directly from the detailed architectural drawings I supply—complete floor plans, elevations, and material schedules—so there’s no guesswork on dimensions or layout.

All three key areas must come to life:
• striking exterior façade work
• inviting, well-lit interior rooms
• realistic landscaping and outdoor scenes

Every session is handled mostly LIVE through screen-sharing (Zoom or similar) so we can solve issues and make design tweaks in real time. The work is paid HOURLY; accuracy and an efficient workflow matter just as much as final visual quality.

Deliverables:
• native .max files with cleanly organized layers
• high-resolution still renders (exterior, interior, and landscape views)
• any texture or proxy libraries used, packed and ready to reopen without errors

If you’re comfortable setting up physically based materials, HDRI lighting, and camera compositions that can stand up to close inspection, we’ll get along well. Please show examples of comparable residential renders you’ve produced and be prepared to share your screen while modeling.
