Photo Realistic Accommodation Renderings
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a skilled architectural visualisation artist to turn the construction-phase plans for my residential project, “Malia,” into fully photoreal interior and exterior stills. You’ll be working from completed architectural drawings, detailed cabinetry layouts, and a finalised materials schedule, so the task is about accuracy and realism rather than creative redesign.
Scope
• Spaces: living room, kitchen, all bedrooms and bathrooms, plus the exterior façade and garden.
• Detail: the renders must feel lifelike—high-resolution textures, refined lighting, and both day- and night-time scenarios.
• Mood: warm and cozy, in line with the client’s chosen palette and finishes.
