Off-Plan Property Floorplan and Site Plan

I’m preparing to release a new dwelling that is being sold off the plan and I need a colour site plan and floorplan in marketing format. the marketing plans are to be prepared based off the architectural plans provided. there will be 3 plans (site plan, ground floor plan, and first floor plan)
i will provide some further detail on the landscaping elements that are not specified/shown in the architectural set of plans
