Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a fresh façade concept for my existing house that immediately signals modernity. Clean lines, balanced proportions and a cohesive material palette should all work together, but the real signature element must be integrated lighting that highlights architectural details after dusk.
Here’s what I expect:
• Concept sketches or mood boards that capture the overall look and feel.
• At least two refined 3D renderings showing day- and night-time views so we can evaluate both the massing and the lighting effect.
• A basic lighting layout (location, type of fixtures and colour temperature) coordinated with the façade surfaces.
• Scaled façade elevation(s) in PDF plus source files (DWG, SKP, or comparable) that my local builder and electrician can reference.
• A concise materials list noting finishes, colours and any special installation notes.

I prefer a digital review process—share drafts, we discuss, you refine—until the final package is ready for construction quoting.
