Modern Villa Exterior & Entrance Interior

PHASE 1 – Exterior Facade & Landscape

The villa exterior will be modeled in Rhinoceros based on the provided DWG project file.

Materials: cultured stone, linear decorative paint, wooden-patterned cladding, horizontal siding, and glass balcony railings.

Landscape: entrance approach, parking area, walkways, terrace, and greenery layout.

Deliverables: Rhino (.3dm) file + minimum 2 renders (front elevation & general perspective) + render scene source files.

PHASE 2 – Entrance Interior Design

Entrance hall design including: cloakroom, staircase, elevator (if applicable), and a simple modern suspended ceiling.

Stair lighting along step edges, floor & wall finishes, lighting setup (spot, linear, hidden LED).

Deliverables: Rhino (.3dm) file + scene source file + 2 renders (overall interior view & staircase perspective).

Requirements:

All designs must be applicable and realistic for construction.

Minimum 3000 px render resolution.

Style: modern villa – clean lines, natural balance of wood, stone, and glass.

Render engine is optional
