Modern Sunroom Concept Visualisation

Job ID: 40424245

Budget: $10 – $30 AUD

I’m developing an enclosed sun-filled retreat for a small ground-floor courtyard and need high-quality visualisations so I can lock in the look and proportions before moving to detailed documentation.

The enclosure must sit flush within the very edge of the existing concrete slab above—no recess at all—so accuracy around that line is critical. Inside the glass I’d like a warm, natural wood-finish deck, and the glazing itself will be framed in dark charcoal aluminium. One large full-height sliding door will open the front, while slim fixed glass panels will infill the two return sides. The split A/C unit currently on the floor inside the covered space will shift forward to sit just outside the new glass line and should appear in the renders accordingly. Overall, the mood should be clean, minimal and contemporary. The front glass installation should align with the red lines in the annotated image and the void represented by the zig-zag blue lines should be closed by glass.

I’ll supply site photos, reference mark-ups, basic dimensions and some AI-generated sketches to guide form and materials.

Deliverables
• Photorealistic daytime renders showcasing front, side and top perspectives
• Separate concept views (orthographic or axonometric) to clarify geometry
• Two rounds of revisions to fine-tune alignment, materials and lighting

I’m happy for you to use your preferred toolset—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, Lumion, Blender, etc.—as long as the result feels life-like and polished. If the above sounds clear, let’s create a set of images that sell the idea at first glance.
