Modern Podcast Studio Renderings

I have drawings of what I want the studio to look like, but I need someone to make renderings so I can show the client my ideas for my proposal. They need visuals of this so I can sell them the idea and start the work asap.

I plan to use SEG track backgrounds. I can provide the cad file if needed.

We thought about doing drape on a track like in the drawings, but I think we will do the seg track backdrops like the marked up image. I can provide some graphics for the backdrop for a mockup, but the client will ultimately design what goes on there. For now, just do 2 generic sports logos. I can provide actual logos once I choose the person to do this work.
