Modern Multi-Family 3D Design

I’m moving forward with a modern multi-family build and now need it translated into a fully developed 3D model—inside and out. The goal is to visualise every façade and shared interior space so I can fine-tune layout, materials, lighting, and furniture placement before construction documents are finalised.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A detailed exterior massing and façade model that captures the clean lines and contemporary materials typical of modern architecture.
• Complete interior modelling for all units and common areas, including accurate room dimensions, ceiling heights, and preliminary finishes so we can evaluate flow and functionality.
• High-quality still renderings from multiple angles plus the native 3D file (SketchUp, Revit, or similar—whichever you work in). If you can also supply a short walkthrough or fly-through, that’s a bonus.

I’ll provide sketches, site photos, and any existing 2D plans the moment we get started. Accuracy to these references is critical. Revisions are expected until the model aligns with the brief, so clear communication and milestone reviews are essential.
