Modern Kitchen, Dining & Lounge Design

I’m refreshing three connected spaces and need a designer who can translate a clean, modern vision into build-ready plans:

• Kitchen – 9.5 ft × 10.5 ft
• Dining – 12 ft × 9 ft
• Drawing room – 12.6 ft × 14.6 ft

The brief
– Develop a cohesive modern concept that flows naturally from one room to the next.
– Optimise the small kitchen footprint; if an island or smart-tech solution fits, let’s explore it.
– Give the dining zone room for a six-seat table while keeping circulation clear.


Deliverables
1. Mood board and colour palette uniting all three areas
2. Scaled 2D layouts with furniture placement
3. Photorealistic 3D renders
4. Detailed working drawings and material specs my contractor can follow
