Modern Joinery Drawings & Renders -- 2

I’m updating my kitchen, study, laundry, and bathroom as plan and sketch provided with sleek, modern joinery and need a complete drawing package plus photo-realistic 3D renders.

Scope
• Shop drawings for all three zones—cabinet carcasses, door fronts, fillers, benchtops, and any integrated appliances.
• Detailed specifications called out on each sheet: dimensions, clearances, material codes, edge treatments, hardware, and fitting references.
• Colour-correct 3D renders that match the drawings, giving me (and my cabinetmaker) a clear visual of finishes, lighting, and shadow.
• All files delivered in PDF for easy printing, plus the original CAD/3D source files (DWG, SKP, or RVT) so my builder can make minor tweaks later.

What matters most
• A clean, modern aesthetic—flush panels, concealed handles, and minimal lines.
• Measurements accurate to the millimetre; walls are not perfectly square, so I’ll supply onsite dimensions and photos.
• Consistent naming and layer structure so every component is easy to find.

Timeline & collaboration
I’ll share existing floor plans, site photos, and finish selections on award. I prefer to review an initial layout, then one round of revisions before final detailing and rendering. Quick check-ins via chat or Zoom are fine.
