I will provide architectural plans 2D in .DWG format, including Floor plan, Front and side elevations and
One section view architectural plans of a small apartment 50 sqm. I need a 3D photorealistic visualization package for a real estate listing. The brief covers three linked tasks:
1. 3D Model of the apartment (based on provided DWG files) , accurate to the dimensions and details shown.
2. Stage every room open space living area + kitchen, 2 small bedrooms, 1 bathroom, corridor, closets—in a cohesive modern style. Real-world materials, balanced daylight and artificial lighting, and convincing props are essential to hit a true “photo” look.
3. Produce a smooth, cinematic walkthrough video that starts with key exterior shots, moves through the entrance, and guides viewers room-to-room, showing spatial flow, furnishings, and finishes. Target length: 60–90 seconds. Output: 1080p/ 2k MP4 + stills of hero views.
