Modern Home Renovation Visualization
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a skilled professional to design, render, and visualize specific additions to my house with a modern style sketches and video animate them where I can rotate it myself and see it from different angles.
Key Requirements:
- Exterior Siding: Modern design using fiber cement mix of tile style siding and board and batten style.
- Interior Spaces: Kitchen (layout and design), living room, patio, covered porch (modern style), and wood-burning kitchen stand.
- Detailed representation using Archicad or similar software, with an emphasis on kitchen layout and cabinetry.
Deliverables:
- 360-degree animation videos of each area; The exterior siding, covered porch, kitchen, living room, and wood kitchen stand.
- Software must create sloping landscapes and designer must convert drawings to inches afterwards for the builder.
- Completed raw copies of sketches and renders for future edits.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Archicad or similar design software
- Strong visualization and animation skills
- Experience in modern architectural design and renovations
